Our customers are typically organizations with 10,000 identities or more in all areas of business including: real estate, fast food, transport, finance, health, defense and aerospace, manufacturing, banking, insurance, education, and more.Job Description:This role involves connectivity and access management, managing and testing Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, implementing and maintaining hosted platforms, collaborating with providers and third-party vendors, and overseeing lab environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Access Management, Disaster Recovery (DR), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, and scripting for automation, particularly within hybrid environments that encompass both VM and cloud solutions.Responsibilities:Connectivity and Access ManagementWork with providers to establish connectivity for team and application enablement, review data schemas, and coordinate handoff to engineers.Manage connectivity and access to third-party data sources, such as SQL databases and REST APIs.Disaster RecoveryConduct DR plan testing and generate internal and auditor-facing reports.Hosted Platform ManagementImplement and run hosted platforms, including load balancing.Onboard new customers, perform upgrades, and provide T2 support during customer project implementations.Lab Environment Setup and MaintenanceSet up and maintain lab environments for provider setups.Deploy and manage labs for internal and external training.Automation and Infrastructure ManagementUtilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, ARM, and Terraform to automate infrastructure setup and maintenance.Develop automated workflows and audit processes using ITIL best practices.Technical Requirements:Scripting with PowerShell for automation tasks.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Ansible, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), or Terraform for infrastructure management.MongoDB system administration and support.Systems monitoring using Site 24x7.Disaster recovery (DR) testing and authoring reportsManage VM infrastructure for smaller businesses and cloud solutions for medium to large companies.Additional Requirements:Must be able to adjust to international time zones to meet the meetings needs of employees, partners, and customers globally.Willingness and desire to travel as needed to meet with subject matter experts, stakeholders and attend trainings and events.
