We're looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing the financial health of our resort.Job OverviewAs an Accounting Manager, you will oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and auditing functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong background in accounting, ideally within the hospitality industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to our resort's financial stability and growth.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting to support our strategic goals and growth.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax withholdings, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operations.Inventory & Cost Control: Partner with operational teams to oversee inventory and manage cost controls effectively.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., IDS, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration.Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial and administrative tasks.Interested candidates can apply for this position via submitting their CV via mail MD@santiniketanthecreek.com AGG
