The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals for Sales experienced candidates As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their Manpower /staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Screening and Evaluation:Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. Conduct initial interviews to determine their suitability for specific positions.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through the final interview stages and job offer.Interview Coordination:Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring managers.Documentation & Data Management Documentation & Data Management:Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions, including resumes, interview notes, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies regarding candidate information storage and confidentiality. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other software tools to manage recruitment data effectively and generate reports for analysis and decision-making purposes. Keep hiring managers informed of candidate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes Top of FormQualifications:Excellent organizational ability.Preferred proven experience in Fintech and BFSI & ECOMMERCE sales hiringProficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Experience with high-volume recruitment in a manufacturing setting.Knowledge of the manufacturing industry's specific hiring requirements.Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus.Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
