Handson for Deployments, Templates, Networking, Config, upgrades, App Gateway services, API, CI/CD Pipelines, express route configuration & subscription management.Work with business units on new deployments, issues, and improvements to existing services: assist development teams with integrations and identity enablement for SaaS or custom products; deploy IaaS and PaaS infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform, Ansible, or another Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.Employ and enforce system/solution development processes, agile methodologies, DevOps principles and practices, and quality engineering best practices. Experience with containers, Docker and Kubernetes.Exposure to System Admin skills - Linux, Windows Administration, Storage, Backup, and Recovery services using SaaS-based tools.Uphold access control, data integrity, Azure key vault, and file system security for the computer/data center environment. Experience with identity solutions such as AzureAD.Expertise in Windows administration and operating systems, with hands-on experience in deployment and maintenance.Utilize infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform to manage and provision cloud resources on Azure and AWS.Implement and maintain automation tools to support efficient and reliable deployment processes.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation.Stay current with new technology and automation trends, continuously improving and updating the automation framework.Debug and troubleshoot automation issues, identify root cause, and implement solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers.Duties & Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and Solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams.Maintain deep hands-on technical expertise to assist technical teams in resolving issues in production environments in high pressure situations. This includes all aspects of implementation including configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.Experience in IT- Infrastructure Projects.
