Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate LEAP activities across various teams with internal & external stakeholders.Accountable for the assessments in the Discovery stage of LEAP projects.Responsible for the planning and coordination of activities across multiple workstreams (and teams) in all stages of LEAP projects.Resource allocation for projects and ad-hoc tasks.Work with Resource Partners to onboard external contractors for staffing augmentation (if needed)Prepare weekly status reports for LEAP Projects. Manage Issues and Risks in the projects and share updates with project stakeholders. Interact with Temenos regional services teams to manage their expectations and update them on project progress.Seek opportunities for bringing continuous improvements in processes & methodologies and productivity.Skills & Qualifications: Educational & Proficiency levelProfessional with an overall experience of 10 years and a minimum of three years of experience in Project Management. Prior experience in Transact or other Temenos products and knowledge of Cloud technologies would be preferable.
