We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to elevate our brand and maximize returns across multiple advertising platforms. Job Summary As an Advanced Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns for both domestic and international markets. Your expertise in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and AdWords, along with emerging social media platforms, will play a critical role in achieving high ROAS and ROI. Leveraging strategic insights and advanced data analysis, you will lead Peplos Jeans' advertising efforts to drive exceptional growth.  Key Responsibilities Strategic Advertising: Develop and execute high-impact ad campaigns tailored for domestic and international markets. Explore and identify new advertising opportunities to expand our global reach. Continuously optimize ad creatives, messaging, and strategies to meet regional performance goals. Platform Expertise: Leverage advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, AdWords, and other platforms to ensure superior campaign performance. Test and implement advertising opportunities on emerging platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest for both markets. Market-Specific Campaigns: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences in domestic and international markets to refine campaigns. Adjust campaign strategies to accommodate cultural, seasonal, and regional differences. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights and monitor campaign performance for both domestic and international campaigns. Track and report key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI) with detailed insights and recommendations. Strategic Planning & Leadership: Define clear advertising strategies that align with Peplos Jeans' domestic and international goals. Lead collaborations with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective. Stay updated with global advertising trends and incorporate innovative techniques. Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage advertising budgets effectively across domestic and international campaigns. Continuously track spending and performance to ensure optimized returns.  Key Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of proven success in performance marketing with a strong focus on domestic and international e-commerce. Demonstrated expertise in achieving high ROAS and ROI across multiple regions and platforms. Skills: Advanced knowledge of paid advertising tools and platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio. Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities. Proficient in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or related specializations are a plus.  What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand in a dynamic industry. Collaborative and innovative work environment. Access to the latest tools and technologies for campaign success. Professional development and growth opportunities.  How to Apply If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for driving exceptional performance in domestic and international markets, we'd love to hear from you! Email your CV and portfolio showcasing successful campaigns to HR@PEPLOSJEANS.COM with the subject line "Application for Performance Marketer - Peplos Jeans".  AGG
