We accelerate the delivery of digital customer engagement systems using digital technologies such as cloud, microservices, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence for our clients.• Our 6000+ global employees are across the US, UK, Singapore, Middle East, and India.Location: NoidaJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description:Key Responsibilities:Deliver impactful training sessions on communication, leadership, behavioral skills, business writing, team building, and motivation.Design and develop customized training programs and content in soft skills, leadership, and other talent development areas.Engage with stakeholders, manage inquiries, and coordinate with engagement coordinators for training success.Support conflict resolution and change management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.Leverage eLearning platforms and content authoring tools to create interactive and engaging training content.Must-Have Skills:Training Delivery & Content Development: Expertise in designing and delivering tailored training programs.Soft Skills & Leadership Development: Strong foundation in interpersonal and leadership skill-building.Behavioral Training & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in engaging audiences with impactful presentations.Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.Conflict & Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change and resolving conflicts.Desired Experience:5-8 years of experience in soft skills, leadership training, or coaching.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong project management experience, particularly with seasoned professionals.Familiarity with eLearning platforms and content creation tools.Good to Have:Certifications like Train-the-Trainer or Instructional Designer.Membership in public speaking organizations like Toastmasters Club.Please share your resume - priya1.sharma@infogain.com AGG
