Job Title: Senior Business ControllerLocation: Chennai / Sricity (Andhra Pradesh)Eligible crieteria: Candidates from manufacturing only eligible to apply. Responsibilities:You'll prepare close estimate templates, participate in monthly close review calls, perform deviation analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterly close summaries.Develop and manage cost and financial controls in accordance with company policies.Responsible for efficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting process.Forecasting & Monitoring of main contracts financial performances and their variances.Review and verify capital equipment, spares, raw material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventories for month/quarter/year-end reporting.Ensuring effective & timely closure of cost accounting and their key attributesControllerof documented system of accounting policies and proceduresManaging and preparing key reporting on a monthly / quarterly basisDrive the digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process & productivity improvement.Leading special projects from time to time.Financial assessment and calculation on ROI and Pay Back period for capital investmentsCoordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits etc.To drive Annual Business Plan activities & managing Monthly Budget & Forecast.Technical Requirements:5 to 7 years experience in Finance with strong skills and dynamism.Any one of these qualification is mandatory, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or ICWA fully complete or MBA in Finance from A school or B Universities.Prior relevant experience in Manufacturing sector is mandatoryEarly joiners are highly preferredGood Analytical and Communication & Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.Desired Skills and Attributes:Past proven experience in Finance, preferably in international environmentVery good knowledge of windows 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, word)IT minded (BI Systems) finance analyses, controlling and notably P&L, analytic accountingReliability and AccuracyGood relationship management skillsGood English communications skillsUnderstanding of occidental mindset and reasoningDynamism and autonomyAbility to put across views with conviction, ability to take a standInterested candidate please send your updated resume to a.rajamani@danieli.comImmediate joiners are highly preferrable.
