In this role, you will be responsible for the entire user experience lifecycle, from understanding user needs to designing and implementing user-centred interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create innovative and intuitive experiences that delight our users.Responsibilities: -Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using design software (e.g., Figma, Figjam, Miro).Ensure UI elements comply with design principles and branding guidelines.Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate designs into functional products.Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.Stay up to date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.Qualifications: -4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools.Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.A passion for creating user-centred experiences AGG
