Sales / Business Development Manager - Enterprise AI and Data SolutionsAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of Enterprise AI and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling complex AI, data engineering, and analytics services to enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our AI accelerators and data capabilities in the market.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for Enterprise AI and data services, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and delivery teams to align on value propositions and target segments.Client Engagement:Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, VP of Data) and decision-makers in target industries.Lead client discussions and presentations, effectively articulating the value of our AI solutions, data services, and GenAI accelerators.Solution Selling:Understand client pain points and requirements in data engineering, AI/ML, and automation. Tailor sales pitches and proposals to address these needs with our tailored services and solutions.Collaborate with technical teams to scope projects, define deliverables, and ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings.Market Intelligence:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies in AI/ML, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.Provide feedback to product and solution teams based on market demand and client feedback.Sales Metrics and Reporting:Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue, profitability, and new client acquisition goals.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client information in the CRM system.Key Qualifications:Experience:5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling Enterprise AI, data services, or advanced analytics solutions.Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and managing complex sales cycles.Domain Knowledge:Deep understanding of the data space, including data engineering, data quality, DataOps, AI/ML, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure).Knowledge of emerging AI technologies, including GenAI and large language models (LLMs).Skills:Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales analytics.Why Join Us?:Be part of a dynamic, growing company that is at the forefront of AI and data transformation.Work with innovative solutions like elsAI and our GenAI accelerators, helping clients unlock the true value of their data.Opportunity for growth, competitive compensation, and a collaborative team environment.Overview Optisol Business SolutionsOptiSol was named on this year's Best Companies to Work for list by Great place to work.
