As a Senior Specialist - Client Success at Verticurl, you will work for assigned client(s) and related stakeholders for digital marketing campaign planning and execution. You will be responsible for key accounts success, relationship health, and service delivery supporting Verticurl's global clients. Prior marketing operations and e-mail /digital marketing domain expertise to manage clients' digital campaigns to the highest standard.You are a technology-savvy individual with prior experience in Marketing automation platforms, digital marketing, and hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms. You know the value of data and technology-driven marketing.You work with our clients to understand their business, KPIs, opportunities, and challenges, and help them maximize their MarTech investments.You will work closely with the Production and Campaign Delivery Team, Client Success Manager, and other cross-functional teams.Responsibilities
