Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator with 4-6 years of experience to manage, maintain,and optimize our database systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MySQL andMongoDB, ensuring high performance, availability, and security of our databases.To apply Please fill below form:RTDS Application FormKey Responsibilities:• Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain MySQL and MongoDB databases.• Performance Tuning: Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures foroptimization.• Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure dataintegrity.• Security Management: Implement and maintain database security measures to protectsensitive data.• Data Modeling: Collaborate with developers to design and maintain efficient databaseschemas.• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecksand data corruption.• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations,processes, and procedures.• Collaboration: Work closely with application developers and system administrators toensure seamless data integration and application performance.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 4-6 years of experience as a Database Administrator.• Strong proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB.• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.• Knowledge of database security principles and best practices.• Familiarity with database backup and recovery procedures.• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL query languages.• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills:• Experience with other database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle).• Knowledge of cloud database services (e.g., AWS).• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker ) is a plus.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional development and growth.• A collaborative and innovative work environment.
