What the role is all about:We're seeking an HR Business Partner (7-10 years' experience) to join our team in Gurugram. You will provide support to the growing team, supporting them on a range of people initiatives and development programs.Using your knowledge of local employment laws and practices as well as our policies, you will follow and advise on appropriate protocol for employee relations issues, performance management, and development.You'll be a champion of culture and values, partnering with our people leaders to help them lead and support their people. Whether coaching people managers on how to lead their teams, facilitating new joiner onboarding, or resolving employee relations issues in a respectful and compassionate way, you will have experience right across the entire employee lifecycle.While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include: Assess and proactively anticipate people needs and be able to implement HR solutions in line with business strategyProvide advice and coaching to leaders on general employee relations issues through to formal investigations right across the employee lifecycleSupport the planning and delivery of P&C cyclical activities across the center, such as engagement surveys, talent management process, the annual performance and development process, and salary and bonus review processesBe a champion for the unique HRIS needs of Cyber City employees and coordinate with the People Systems team on HRIS improvements as our HR systems continue to evolveSupport the coordination of OD projects and programs including House Warming (induction), learning programs, and team workshops/briefingsFacilitate induction sessions, present learning content and deliver workshopsWork in partnership with the HR team to update and deploy new policies and processesBe an absolute champion when it comes to harnessing uncertainty and autonomously offering strategies and solutions during times of crisisBe able to prioritise like a pro! There's always plenty to do so the ability to work out what's most important and manage expectations with stakeholders will be key.Who we are looking for:Extensive business partnering experience in Human Resources, with a solid understanding and track record of relevant Indian employment laws and caseworkPrevious experience in Employee Relations & delivery of HR cyclical activities (including performance, remuneration reviews, talent & succession reviews, engagement)Ability to build coaching relationships with leaders, without the need to always rely on policies and proceduresGreat facilitation and presentation skillsThe ability to think creatively to solve problemsA team player, who sees the value in collaboration and can work at pace to deliver high quality workExcellent communicator, who listens, shows curiosity and is a confident influencer of stakeholders at all levelsInterest in working both on day-to-day HR tasks and special projectsPrevious experience facilitating workshops covering the employee lifecycle experiences - induction, engagement debriefs and action planning, how to set OKRs, team effectiveness etc.Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment, and with a desire to continuously improve our employee experiencePrevious experience reporting to another geographyExperience using HR technology (HRIS)What we offer: A hybrid and flexible approach to working.Transport options to help you get to and from work, including home pick-up and drop-off.Meals provided on site in our office.Flexible leave options including parental leave, family care leave and celebration leave.Insurances for you and your immediate family members.Programs to support mental, emotional, financial and physical health & wellbeing.Continuous learning and development opportunities to further your technical expertise.The values we live by:Our values are at the core of how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.
