We are committed to developing cutting-edge, digital-first technology solutions that simplify financial services for businesses.About the Role:We are seeking Senior Backend Engineers experienced in building backend systems in the cloud. As we enter our next growth phase, we aim to develop a next-generation architecture that supports high growth and long-term success. We are looking for skilled technical professionals from diverse backgrounds to accelerate and enhance our technical capabilities. Join us in building a leading fintech product across South-East Asia with an international and diverse team.What You Will Be Doing:Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge web-based fintech products.Define software architecture and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems.Stay updated with new trends and best practices in development.Communicate effectively with Engineering, Product, and UX teams in English on a daily basis.What We're Looking For:A Computer Science degree with 2 to 8 years of experience in a software engineering role.Experience at start-ups or reputable tech companies with education from top universities.Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as PHP, Go, Python, Node.js, Java, etc.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.Solid grasp of software architecture principles and design patterns.Focus on code quality, best practices, and the ability to ensure code quality.Experience with code reviews, bug identification, and providing feedback.Proficiency in writing and executing unit tests and integration tests.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in an agile environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience in tech-oriented companies.Full-stack development experience, particularly on frontend and mobile.Exposure to DevOps with AWS.Experience with databases and monitoring tools.Fintech domain experience.What We Offer:Uncapped flexible annual leave.Hybrid work arrangement.Training subsidy for professional growth.Wellness benefits.Team bonding budget to foster collaboration and a sense of belonging.Flexibility to work from anywhere (up to 90 days per annum).A special culture that brings together exceptional talents.
