In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning, operation, and maintenance of our polyurethane (PU) foam production plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plant operations, with expertise in PU foam manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.You will lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal plant performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement maintenance strategies that maximize uptime and production efficiency. Your leadership will be essential in driving safety, quality, and cost-effective solutions throughout the plant's operational lifecycle, from commissioning through to ongoing maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commissioning of new PU foam production line, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.Manage and oversee routine and preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment to ensure continuous operation.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in a timely and efficient manner.Implement and maintain a robust system for plant performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant processes, optimize production efficiency, and reduce downtime.Train and develop plant maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and performance.The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the PU foam manufacturing process.
