What you'll do:Take complete ownership and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects with quality.Focused on working with Project/Account Management teams to ensure timely marketing asset delivery exceeding quality benchmarks.Responsible for on-boarding new service offering in the Markets and ensuring that training workshops are duly conducted in partnership with Project/Account Management teams.End to End Project Management - communicating with PM/AM, sharing project updates, mini-production plans, as needed.Proven experience in managing the delivery of WCM and DAM applications with medium to large teams.Identify productivity and incorporate quality process improvements.Guide the team in technical & domain aspects along with defining best practicesIdentify gaps and come out with process and action plans and tracking them to closureProactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.Identify business problems and produce solutions and frameworks.Generate and execute onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and skill-building plan of new team members.What you'll need:10+ Years of experience in Content Management Systems like AEM, WCS, Drupal, or equivalent.4+ Years of mandatory experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)Good understanding of agile execution methodologyExperience in managing around 10+ resources in a single account or multiple accounts.Good understanding of cloud platforms (like GCP, AWS), configuring, and performance-tuning of Web CMS, integration technologies, and API management is preferred.Must have good experience of working in a cross-functional matrix organization with PM/AM, offshore development team, senior management, and multiple client support teams.Excellent understanding of industry-proven design patterns and UI frameworks like JavaScript, jQuery, or Ajax.Publishing project status, presentations to the client and internal stakeholders.Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional presentation skills.Providing value added solution services by program reviews; monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the AM/PM, service reminders and managing customer grievancesUnderstanding of Web UI/UX principles and best practices to support user-centric, visually appealing, and functional web interfaces.
