Purpose of the Role:1. Render legal support and ensure full compliance with laws and regulations through the audit process.2. Ensure timely support to the team for any legal advice and address the client issue effectively3. Responsible for involvement and completion of TEI initiatives by selfResponsibilities and AccountabilitiesResponsible for collaborating with the audit team, to devise efficient legal frameworks for different kinds of auditsResponsible for setting up guidelines for Risk Management for clients, associated with Audit servicesResponsible for giving accurate and timely counsel to Audit team in a variety of topics (labor law, PF, ESI, and other allowances etc.) with state specific variations to ensure right audit framework and practicesResponsible for providing timely support the team during audits with any legal counsel requiredResponsible for research and evaluating different risk factors, regarding business decisions and operationsResponsible for supporting the all the business divisions by offering proactive advise on statutory compliance requirements for different customersResponsible for providing clarification on legal specifications and terminologies, to the team as and when requiredResponsible for maintaining current knowledge of alterations in legislation, and keeping the Audit team apprisedTo comply with the needs of the company, and to take on any other work allocated by your supervisor.Ensure self-involvement and timely and efficient completion of TEI initiatives of Kaizen/QCC related projects leading to efficiency gains/ cost reduction AGG
