Agile/Safe.Experience: 20+ yearsLocation: Greater Noida or BengaluruNotice Period: Immediate to 30 would be preferred• Lead and direct the enterprise architecture (EA) program evolution and institute the appropriate policies that ensure consistency across the modernization programs.​• Lead the execution of the mission and charter that defines the role and purpose of the EA program.​• Lead the evolution of the EA capability and service model, which defines the specific services that are provided.​• Define, publish and maintain an EA policy and mandate granting the authority to the architecture review board to enforce compliance with published standards.​• Define, operationalize and maintain a gated process for enterprise architecture development tied to an industry framework that allows for coordinating and governing the creation, use and maintenance of the enterprise architecture.​• Define and maintain the EA organization and the delineation of responsibilities between enterprise architects, solution architects, system architects and the relationships with application and service designers and developers.​• Manage interactions and collaborations between dedicated and matrixed team members.​• Provide leadership and direction to the domain architects in the development and establishment of process, methods and tools relative to their architecture domain.​• Architecture Forums: Create the run the forum of Architects, tech leads to share different implementation in other projects, discuss overall EA framework. This helps in clarifying the dependencies, identify the reusability with in the programs.Skills Required:-• Domain & Tech Experience: Strong balance of functional, business in travel domain and technical experience​ in Java, TPF and cloud• Highly proficient in successfully establishing and operationalizing EA as a professional discipline​• Experience successfully applying multiple EA frameworks for describing the business operating environment​• Working knowledge of business architecture and the creation and use of business architecture artifacts.​• Proven understanding and experience of good business analysis practice, standards and methodologies​• Proven understanding and experience of quality assurance techniques in a continuous improvement environment​• Proven ability, including experience in developing a business focused and service orientated culture​• Expertise in driving the team of Architects to implement the EA framework, implement any changes to improve the framework.• Ability to convience the customer EA team for any proposed changes and also able to understand & implement similar changes suggested by customer AGG
