Manage the planning and delivery of projects including taking an active role leading process and procedure in the delivery of Projects.Leads the identification of potential operational and delivery risks and the development and implementation mitigation strategies to ensure service level are maintained.Contribute to the development of systems, processes, procedures and strategies to implement governance initiatives and communicate the outcomes to ensure the adoption of new systems policies, processes and procedures across the Business unit.Prepare briefings, submissions, presentations and develop business cases to support achievement of project/program delivery.Provides routine and ad hoc reports on the operational performance of projects to highlight any trends, forecasts or risks that require management intervention and/or strategic solutions for further action. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the banking sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.Managing client relationships: Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met; Provide regular updates on service delivery and respond to client inquiries and concerns.Coordinating service delivery: Delivery of services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.Monitoring service performance: Track and monitor the performance of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.Ensuring compliance with service level agreements: Responsible for ensuring that service level agreements are met, and that the services provided meet the required quality standards. Ensure onsite engineers maintain SLA.Managing budgets: Responsible for managing budgets for delivery, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and that costs are kept within budget.Building and maintaining teams: Responsible for building and maintaining high-performing teams, and for fostering a positive working environment.Managing and building Account and monitor performance of account & report account performance on regular basisResponsible for achieving and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scoresManage third party vendor & procurement cycles for outsourcing work , make sure vendor supply quality artifacts on regular basis & Highlight discrepancyOn regular basis bring repetitive business from present customers and have eye for business from customersMaintain a deep understanding of BCT's products and their competitive positioning.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or MCA12-16 years of experience .Proven track record of achieving and exceeding delivery goalsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as required.
