Job Purpose and Scope:Ensure profitable operations and driving efficient and cost-effective management of projects. Responsible for ensuring & driving safety, compliance & continuous improvement across all manufacturing facilities.Key Accountabilities:Lead the Pilot Plant Operations and guide the team to achieve the business objectives.Responsible for Leading, Directing and controlling the day-to-day manufacturing operations of Pilot plant , Costing of product, mapping and capacity of New product in existing block and propose investment requirement of new product.Site capex investment plan for the year along with rolling forecast for next 2-3 years.Assist, Review and get approval of CER from the top management with all relevant documents.Responsible for Conceptualization of project, Basic, Detail engineering, Execution and completion of project with utmost safety, quality, time and cost.Responsible for NPD and operating dedicated pilot plant facility for all the new product launchNew Technology and Automation to improve the existing process and to reduce the footprint.Manages execution of HAZOP study and is responsible for its timely executionProvide technical input for Project Requirement, Summarizes design criteria such as battery limits, class of facilities.Develops/proposes project organization, roles & responsibilities, resource planning, project execution plan, sourcing and contracting strategy.To initiate indents for procurement of capital equipment. Review quotes and provide the Technical Comparison Sheet to procurement department for purchasing.Follow up with procurement and to ensure all capital items are ordered and delivered on time and as per quality.To co-ordinate with various project stakeholder for timely completion of project work.Manages construction, commissioning, handover and qualification/startup in co-operation with operation for all projects within time and within budgetPrepare as-built drawings and handover the facility to maintenance departmentQualifications, Experience:Education:B.Tech Chemical EngineeringExperience:18 - 22 years of experience Direct Reporting: Chief Operating Officer AGG
