The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that increase our organic traffic, improve our search rankings, and ensure continuous optimization of our websites across international markets. As the SEO Head, you will manage a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO goals with broader business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to increase organic visibility across global markets.Lead and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance on best practices, performance tracking, and new trends.Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and align content strategies accordingly.Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure website structure, content, and UX align with SEO best practices.Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles by leading off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and outreach activities.Collaborate with the content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure all SEO goals are met.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools to maintain competitive advantage.Analyze competitors and market trends to develop strategies that enhance our digital presence.Monitor, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Ensure optimization for all technical SEO elements, including mobile responsiveness, page speed, and schema markup.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).7-10 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on global SEO strategies and international markets.In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO ranking factors, and the latest industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).Strong expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including technical SEO.Proven ability to lead and manage a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.Collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation.
