The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs for digital media. As a key member of our creative team, you will work on various design projects, including social media graphics, recruitment advertisements, videos, and digital campaigns. You will play a critical role in ensuring the institution's communications are visually engaging and aligned with our brand identity.The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Digital Media Manager and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet the expectations of our clients. This position requires agility, the ability to work independently and in teams, and a keen understanding of design trends to achieve optimal results for the institution's digital presence.Key Responsibilities:Creative Design Development: Create visually striking graphics for social media platforms, recruitment ads, videos, and other digital content, ensuring alignment with the institution's branding and messaging goals.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Digital Media Manager, marketing teams, to understand project requirements, client objectives, and deliverables.Agile Design Execution: Demonstrate the ability to respond to evolving client requirements with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail.Video Editing: Design and edit videos, and animations for digital media campaigns, enhancing storytelling and user engagement.Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all digital platforms, ensuring the brand's identity is visually cohesive and impactful.Collaboration & Teamwork: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing innovative ideas while being responsive to feedback.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with design trends and industry standards to ensure that the institution's digital media output remains relevant and effective. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in science / technology / specialised in Visual Communication, Digital Media, Animation & VFX / Graphic Designing from an accredited institution / university. Fresher with exceptional creative skills may be considered.Experience: Experience of 0-3 years in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both graphic design and video editing for digital platforms.Skills:Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design and video tools is desirable.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video editing techniques.Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and digital advertising formats.Creative Vision: Ability to think creatively and conceptually, with attention to detail in execution.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.Flexible and responsive to changes in client expectations and project requirements.Passionate about design, digital media, and the latest industry trends.Why Join Us?
