Additionally you willwork closely with product managers and UX designers to deliverhighquality userfriendly mobileapplications.This position requires a strongunderstanding of mobile development technologies and frameworks aswell as excellent problemsolving and debugging skills. All levels ofexperience are welcome toapply.Responsibilities:AndroidApplication and SDKDevelopment:Design developand maintain sophisticated Android applications using both Java andKotlin.Create and enhance SDKs for Androidensuring seamless integration for externaldevelopers.Code Review andOptimization:Conductthorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards bestpractices and performance.Identify and addressperformance bottlenecks bugs and other issues for optimalapplication and SDKperformance.CrossPlatformExperience: (Nice tohave)Utilize expertise inother mobile technologies such as React Native to contribute tocrossplatform developmentprojects.TechnicalLeadership:Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to juniordevelopers.Collaborate with other seniordevelopers and architects to make informed technicaldecisions.Collaborationand Communication:Workclosely with product managers UI/UX designers and QA teams todeliver highquality products.Communicateeffectively with team members to facilitate a seamless developmentprocess.Requirements:Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science or a relatedfield.Professional Android developmentexperience.Proficiency in both Java and Kotlinfor Android application development.Experiencein building and maintaining SDKs forAndroid.Clean & readable codewriting.Proficient understanding of codeversioning tools such as Git.Knowledge of theopensource Android ecosystem and the libraries available for commontasks.Ability to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technicalrequirements.Familiarity with Restful APIs toconnect Android applications to backendservices.Familiarity with cloud message APIsand push notifications.Strong understanding ofAndroid design principles patterns and bestpractices.A good understanding of MVC MVP& MVVM patterns.Strong knowledge ofSOLID principles and objectoriented programmingconcepts.Expertise in performance tuning andmemory optimization.Comprehensive knowledge ofthe complete mobile development lifecycle.Experience with crossplatformdevelopment technologies such as React Native is aplus.Excellent problemsolving and debuggingskills.Effective verbal and writtencommunicationskills.This job hasbeen sourced from an external job board.
