Sobre o nosso clienteIndustrial leading group.DescriçãoMonitor the business performance, providing support to relevant stakeholders and acting as a Business Partner;Produce financial and management information, ensuring its reliability for Group reporting;Participate in the various Group management reporting cycles (Business Plan, Budget, and Forecast), preparing, alongside the team, the different financial and operational documents;Contribute to the definition of performance and management indicators, followed by the identification of mechanisms necessary for their monitoring;Track financial and operational performance, monitoring it closely and identifying potential deviations and their causes (risks and opportunities);Develop the reporting model and automate processes.Perfil idealBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Management;3-5 years of experience as a controller, preferably in a multinational environment;Background in Big Four firms will be considered a plus;Experience in providing financial analyses to support decision-making (P&L and accounting documents);Fluency in English.VantagensOpportunity to join a solid, growing company.
