As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize our marketing strategies and enhance our performance across all digital platforms. Working closely with the President to analyze digital marketing data and extract reports.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels including social media, website traffic, email campaigns, and paid advertising. Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify patterns and trends.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, including assessments of KPIs, campaign cost analysis, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on data findings.
Work closely with marketing teams to use data insights to optimize campaigns. Test different approaches and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. Analyze customer behavior, demographics, and market segments to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with other team members, including content creators, marketers, and external agencies, to align marketing strategies with data insights.
Utilize advanced digital analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, SQL databases, and CRM systems. Stay updated with the latest in technology and trends in digital marketing analytics.
RequirementsMaster degree in I.T or Business & Marketing Management.
10-12 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Knowledge of Ecommerce Industry.
Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital marketing data.
Skilled in using statistical tools and software like Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and SQL.
Experienced in preparing detailed reports on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Strong ability to conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer behavior.
Capable of optimizing marketing campaigns through data-driven insights and continuous testing.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with content creators, marketers, and external agencies.
Adept in utilizing advanced digital analytics tools and staying updated on latest trends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying data findings and recommendations.
Effective problem-solving abilities using data-driven insights.
