Capacity booking; ascertain product mix, order execution as per business plan. Collection of Information from Merchandisers Regarding fabric & Accessories and making the plan accordingly. Material requirement planning for the scheduled months. Coordinate fabric, packing material, production, delivery. Maximize capacity utilization, inventory control of production online and finished goods. Plan to monitor and control production quality. Evaluate the situation and resolve to recreate the target. Time to deliver goods to improve line / Cost of Production ongoing. Summary report. Effective shop floor planning by carrying out weekly production plans as per the customer requirements. Handle buyer inspections.
