Job Description

Responsible for negotiating with external agencies to put up billboards, find the best deals, and receive the appropriate advertising designs to meet customer demands on schedule and to the required standard. Job Responsibilities
Receive the advertising plan, procurement plan, and contracts for the events that will be dealt with so that you may begin establishing agreements to suit the needs of our consumers.
Find and provide the finest prices for outdoor tasks and billboards so you can plan ahead and start booking.
Arrange a reservation with the relevant outdoor agencies to initiate the reservation and execution process.
Register the deal on Media App to send the contract concluded with the outdoor locations to the accounting and planning departments to identify the cost and specifications of the agreement.
Communicate with CS department management to hand over the advertisement billboard and column pipe measurements to outdoor agencies for execution.
Forward the original external agencies contract to accounting management to collect checks from contractual agencies.
Communicate and follow up with the production management to receive the required ads and operate their execution in the absence of an external agency contract and communicate with the Department of Control.
Submit ads imagery to be installed for reviewing the executions to ensure it was by external agencies.
Report the service and its execution to the planning, accounting and procurement management to commence a sale order from the Sales Department to pay the financial settlement with clients.
Communicate with the Legal Affairs Department to create contracts for government entities that will satisfy their needs on schedule and with the appropriate quality.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
4-6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Intermediate command of English.
Proficient with MS Office - Media App.
Commercial awareness.
Strong analytical ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
Numeracy skills in order to analyse facts and figures.
