JD – .Net Full Stack Developer Job Role: . Net Full Stack Developer with P&C insurance domain experience Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer Design, develop, and implement complex .NET applications, including web applications and APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience in Policy Administration System (PAS) and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge

Desired Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)

Roles & Responsibilities: Independently able to develop and deploy end-to-end Dot Net project & resources. Understand technical issues, collaborate with technical/development team for issue resolution Delivering and presenting Proofs of Concept variants to prospective customers Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code Integrate data storage solutions may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
