Job Title: Senior Tanker Broker / Tanker BrokerLocation: Dubai, UAEAre you a skilled tanker broker looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking talented professionals to join our team in Dubai, offering exciting opportunities for both mid-level and senior candidates.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the tanker sector.Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.Negotiate contracts and terms of service to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.Monitor market trends and provide insightful analysis to clients.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.Guide junior brokers and share your expertise to foster team development.Qualifications:3-6 years of experience in tanker broking for mid-level positions; 10+ years for senior roles.Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management.Strong understanding of the tanker market and industry dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you are ready to make your mark in the tanker industry and advance your career, please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to juliana@pagliaroandpartners.com .
