You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance.Key Accountabilities The position involves: Oversee overall business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and company objectives.Develop and implement growth strategies, focusing on increasing market share and profitability.Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and R&D departments.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency.Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.Collaborate with the executive team to set long-term vision and company direction.Lead new product development initiatives and technological advancements to stay competitive.Manage and mentor senior management, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.Extensive knowledge of automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.MBA or advanced degree preferred.
