Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the company's operational strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and ensuring alignment with the company's vision.Operational Excellence:Team Management: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.Financial Management: Manage operational budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, mitigating operational risks and ensuring a safe and ethical work environment.Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, product development, CX, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.Partnership Management: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key services providers, ensuring optimal collaboration and value creation.
