With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As an Associate Sales Director - Transactions, you will be responsible for sales of Real Estate transactions business in KSA. You will be responsible for setting up sales functions, developing products, contributing to market sizing, meeting and locking deals with real estate developers, and developing relationships with government agencies. You will set and monitor sales targets for your sales team in coordination with strategy teams.In this role, you will:Assist in overall sales strategy for meeting business plan numbers developed by the groupForge relationships with real estate developers and hunt for inventory for salesHire sales resources and maintain optimal team size to achieve sales targetsDevelop effective incentive structuresMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales in coordination with strategy teamResponsible for setting monthly/quarterly targets of the sales team in coordination of the strategy teamWork with the marketing team to ensure efficient lead generationWork with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns focused on project salesContinuously observe real estate trends, and product performance as well as suggest changes accordinglyIdentify best practices to improve the sales processes and overall marketing and sales efficiencyResponsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunitiesEvaluate new development opportunities to grow the overall businessDevelop business relationships with agencies to seek assistance in salesResponsible for Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the sales staff.Execute sales training program based on TNA in coordination with the Learning & Development TeamInitiate performance improvement interventions with the help of the sales strategy teamWork with sales ops teams to ensure optimal service levels and smooth customer operationsOversee market research, and competitor and customer analysis regularlyRaise process requirements to tech and strategy teams for optimal sales operationsSuggest improvements to company portals for enhancement of salesDevelop team and consumer promotions for sales enhancement in coordination with strategy and product teamsConduct property sales events and expos to enhance agency and client baseRepresent the company in expos and other real estate eventsForge good working relationships with regulatory bodies for smooth operationsConduct frequent market visits alongside the sales teams to keep field knowledge intactConduct morning meetings with teams to give direction regularlyOversee special projects as assigned by the line managerMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.At least 10 years of previous sales management or active sales is a must3 - 5 years of experience in heading a sales departmentProven Commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.In-depth knowledge of commercial avenuesSolid understanding of market research and data analysis methodsA deep understanding of the market services/productsUnderstanding of real estate salesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong team orientation, communication, creative & analytical skills.AdaptabilityHigh level of integrityHighly organised and detail-oriented.Ability to accurately forecast salesAbility to analyse data to find trends and problemsAbility to listen to and speak with clients, sales members, and other managers is essential for effective real estate sales managersBenefits:High-performing and fast-paced work environment.Comprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & Development#KSABayutBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
