Company Description RVR PRO is a professional Photography, Videography, and Post Production services provider based in Hyderabad. They cater to projects ranging from Personal, Corporates, to Wedding, Portfolio shoots, Ad-films, and Short Films clientele. Position Overview: for customer support budget collection •⁠ ⁠We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative with expertise in budget collection to join our team. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and managing payment collections while maintaining excellent customer relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, collecting outstanding payments, and addressing customer concerns with a focus on clear communication and empathy. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through account-related questions, with a focus on billing and budget concerns. •⁠ ⁠Budget Collection: Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, offering solutions to customers to settle outstanding balances while maintaining positive relationships. •⁠ ⁠Payment Arrangements: Work with customers to establish payment plans, negotiate terms, and ensure that payments are received on time. •⁠ ⁠Billing Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, or disputes in a professional manner, liaising with other departments as needed to ensure resolution. •⁠ ⁠Account Updates: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, payment plans, and account status in the company’s database. •⁠ ⁠Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date logs of all communications and collections activities, generating regular reports on the status of outstanding balances and collections efforts. •⁠ ⁠Compliance: Ensure that all collection activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections. •⁠ ⁠Customer Education: Educate customers on payment terms, billing processes, and available financial assistance options to facilitate smoother transactions. •⁠ ⁠Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure payment consistency, account accuracy, and budget adjustments. Skills and Qualifications: •⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer support with a focus on budget collection or accounts receivable. •⁠ ⁠Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and empathetically. •⁠ ⁠Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mentality. •⁠ ⁠Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate payment terms and work with customers to resolve financial issues. •⁠ ⁠Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in account management and payment tracking. •⁠ ⁠Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software, payment systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). •⁠ ⁠Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, while being able to manage individual responsibilities.
