Job Description
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and advances.
- Oversee the organization activities to control expenses, costs, and revenue.
- Supervise the general ledger and ensure adherence to financial reporting deadlines.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and submit them to central financial management.
- Analyze departmental performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and cycles to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a must.
- preferred to have an experience with NGOs.
- Experience from 4 to 6 years at the same position.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have an experience with ERP system (Odoo).
