Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and advances.
  • Oversee the organization activities to control expenses, costs, and revenue.
  • Supervise the general ledger and ensure adherence to financial reporting deadlines.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and submit them to central financial management.
  • Analyze departmental performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and cycles to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a must.
  • preferred to have an experience with NGOs.
  • Experience from 4 to 6 years at the same position.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an experience with ERP system (Odoo).
