JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a large Private Reserve in Limpopo, to recruit a highly experienced and guest-centric GENERAL MANAGER | HEAD WARDEN . Requirements

1. Relevant diploma or degree in Nature Conservation
2. Hospitality or Business Management qualification beneficial
3. Advanced Weapon Handling or PH qualification
4. At least 10 years’ experience in a conservation management position
5. Excellent financial acumen in budgeting and financial reporting
6. Maintenance background
7. Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
8. Previous experience in wage negotiations and HR management
9. Outstanding communication, delegation, and interpersonal skills
10. Proven ability to lead a team effectively and fairly, with a hands-on approach
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills
12. Administration skills to include social media and website management
13. A good and stable employment history with contactable references
