More than Accountants, a UK-based accounting firm, is seeking an experiencedCredit Controllerto join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in credit management and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!"Job Description :Establish credit limits and ensure adherence to company policies.Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue invoices.Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and correspondence with clients.Prepare and distribute regular statements and reminders to clients.Proactively contact clients via phone, email, and letter to ensure timely payment of invoices.Negotiate payment plans and settlements where necessary.Resolve payment disputes and discrepancies in a professional manner.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection progress.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on credit risk and collection strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit and collection processes.Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to billing and payments promptly.Qualifications and Skills:A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role within an accountancy firm or financial services industry.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong understanding of credit management principles and practices.Communication Skills:Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.We follow 9 to 5 BST UK timings .Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthExperience:UK client calling: 2 years (Required)Language:English Frequently ?
