We are presently searching for a Vice President Marketing for a Casino-Hotel located in Montreal, QC, Canada.The casino features sophisticated table games, including 1,000 Electronic Gaming Devices and over 80 poker tables. It is recognized by poker players internationally as one of the world's premiere poker destinations, featuring premiere entertainment events and multiple restaurants, bars, and lounges. A brand-new 100-room hotel is scheduled to open in early 2025.Short Overview:We are seeking an experienced VP Marketing with casino experience to join our team. The VP Marketing will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the overall marketing plans and brand management of the company. This role is critical for expanding our market presence, enhancing player engagement, and boosting profitability through creative marketing.Responsibilities:Oversee the integration of traditional and digital advertising, direct mail, social media, public relations, and brand marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.Develop creative concepts and marketing plans to achieve business goals.Lead and manage a marketing team, working on projects from narrative, campaign, product, web, and branding assignments.Requirements:Minimum 6 years in a senior-level marketing management role, including experience in Casino Marketing.Post-secondary degree in communications, marketing, business, or public relations.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Strong computer knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Collaborative skills with proven experience working creatively with marketers, content strategists, copywriters, producers, and graphic designers.Note: It is not essential for the VP Marketing to be bilingual.
