Senior Leasing Officer (Client Side)

NES has partnered with a renowned Real Estate Developer (client side) based in Hong Kong, providing market leading packages and benefits to hire Senior Leasing Officers with shopping mall leasing experiences.  Responsibilities:

• Manage daily leasing operations, negotiations, and market research.
• Conduct cold calls, rental proposals, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate premises handover, fitting out, and renovation management.
• Handle leasing inquiries, document preparation, forecast rentals and prepare leasing reports. 
• Ful fill ad-hoc tasks as if assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience. Preferably experienced in of property leasing for retail and malls.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills. 
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
