With a strong buy-and-build strategy, we are a mix of traditional hosting businesses that offer services from domain names, email, shared hosting, e-commerce and server hosting solutions and, as specialist SaaS providers, adjacent products such as compliance, marketing tools, and team collaboration products.PositionWe are looking for an HR Director who will lead the HR team in the Netherlands and support around 400 employees divided into 6 locations (Leiden, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Deventer, Arnhem, Rotterdam) by: Translating the corporate HR strategy to the Netherlands (advises on and ensures implementation of HR policies and processes in close collaboration with the organization's leadership and the group and local HRBP's); Enabling the organization's leadership in a more strategic way to promote team effectiveness and personal development within the versatile company culture; Being a visible partner to the business, a point of contact to the organization's leadership to address business needs touching all HR functions and capabilities (organisational design, employee engagement & culture, internal communications, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards and employee relations). This position will be based in Leiden, the Netherlands, as a part of the local Management Team, and the report will be to the Head of HR - Presence Division (team.blue group).Responsibilities Developing a strategic human capital plan to meet the organization's goals and strategy during a phase of integration and transformation related to staffing, recruiting, and retention; Developing HR strategies and programs to build an effective and inclusive high-performance culture; Partnering, coaching and challenging the organization's leadership on People related topics, actively engaging in the strategic and/or tactical direction, problem statements, business goals and priorities and how they impact the company; Ensuring that the capabilities needed in the respective organisations are there to deliver the business targets; Creating tailored solutions for the People's challenges in partnership with (relevant) regional management; Proactively supporting and developing a united company culture, vision and values; Ensuring planning, evaluation and implementation of talent planning and succession plans. Ideal Candidate Master level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner within an international (matrix) profit organization; Excellent People leadership skills with a proven track record of building and retaining diverse teams; Strong experience in working with works councils on transformational topics; Problem-solving, results-oriented leader with a positive attitude; Flexible, customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills; Self-starter and entrepreneurial personality, committed and honest; Analytical and problem-solving thinking, with a strong hands-on mentality; Committed to building a diverse, inclusive work environment; Good cultural and organizational sensitivity, proven experience in change management; A good command of Dutch and English in words and writing.
