Sports Coach

Sports Coach Are you passionate about sports and shaping the next generation of athletes? We’re looking for an energetic Sports Coach to join JC Academy on a part-time basis, working with primary school children (ages 4-12). You’ll lead curriculum-based PE sessions and run after-school sports clubs, making a difference in students' lives through sport and physical activity. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading PE Sessions: ****Teach engaging, curriculum-based PE lessons from 11:45 am - 4:30 pm, encouraging participation, teamwork, and fitness.
• After-School Club Coaching: ****Run fun, interactive after-school sports clubs, fostering a love for sports in a safe and positive environment.
• Developing Young Athletes: ****Inspire confidence, skills, and enthusiasm in children for both individual and team sports.
• Mentorship and Engagement: Build connections with students, becoming a trusted face and positive influence in their lives.

• Sports Coaching Qualifications or Experience: ****A background in sports coaching or relevant experience working with children. (FIFA skills don’t count; we need real-world experience!)
• A Warm and Approachable Personality: ****Kids should feel comfortable, welcome, and excited to see you each week.
• A Sense of Humour: ****Laugh at their jokes, no matter how many times you hear them.
• Energy and Enthusiasm: ****Keep up with active, curious young minds (back-flips are optional unless it’s a dance-off!)
• Passion for Listening: ****Value what children are thinking and feeling, and engage with them on their level.
