Spa Supervisor - Female

The supervisor's overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the spa team schedule, ensuring correct staffing levels are met.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, ensuring the spa is meeting sales and budget requirements.
- Stock ordering to ensure the spa is running at the correct levels of product to carry out the treatments we provide.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills.
- Well presentable.
- Any nationality.
