We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to manage key financial tasks. The role includes reconciling bank statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, and handling Zoho expenses categorization. You will also oversee monthly account closings, including reporting packs (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), record inventory transactions, file quarterly VAT returns, and manage documentation with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
Categorize expenses using Zoho.
Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Record inventory transactions.
Handle quarterly VAT filing and submit voluntary disclosures to FTA.
Update and manage documentation with FTA.
Set Up Project Based Accounting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience with accounting software (Zoho preferred).
Strong understanding of financial reporting and VAT regulations.
Preferably Indian/Filipino nationality.
