The position holder is responsible for keeping, managing, updating, and controlling all Data Acquisition & Monetization related documents. Moreover, he/she is responsible for working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and complete assets' data. He/she will also be responsible for reporting monthly KPIs for different assets management systems. Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities: Adhere to regulations, quality, security, and safety standards. Supports the Data Acquisition & Monetization team by managing records, tracking action items, and providing process-related reports. Contribute to the Asset Management Data Strategy for the Data Acquisition & Monetization Unit. Review data documentation, flag errors, contradictions or issues that may result from data modifications. Maintain all internal databases including the data related to assets. Participate in automating asset management processes. Contribute to Lean Six Sigma methodology. Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to review data outcomes. Generate different weekly and monthly reports to support the business. Monitor the assets life cycle costing analysis process and recommend decisions according to the collected data. Who we are looking for Education: Bachelor's degree in management information system / data management or equivalent. Experience: Fresh Graduate or 0-3 years of relevant experience.
