Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time position with a commission-based structure, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Broker

Must be physically present for an in-person interview

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Proficient language skills and rich vocabulary

Knowledge of the Dubai property market

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Handle inquiries and calls in person with professionalism and efficiency

Manage warm and hot leads using CRM tools

Collaborate with colleagues, coordinate activities, and set achievable goals
