We currently have an exciting opportunity for Private Jet Charter Broker to join our expanding team in Dubai as Entry Level (trainee). The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training by industry experts in accordance with the company training plan, gaining essential experience in brokering charter flights for freight forwarding. A candidate with strong communication skills, who is comfortable dealing with new and existing clients, along with additional experience in sales or within the cargo aviation industry, would be highly regarded. We bring passion, pride, and experience together in one great team!Purpose of Role:To learn and manage from initial request to searching the market, putting offers together, negotiating in the buying and selling process, then following up with the client and carrying through to booking and flight set-up.Key Job Responsibilities:Build a client portfolio, create brand awareness, and identify new prospective clients by cold calling.Develop and continuously improve an expert understanding of the fleet we use, their range, capacity, and crewing.Manage jet charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report.Oversee flight departures and travel if desired by the client.Data management (In-house CRM system).Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targeted sales.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
