Job Description: *CONVEYANCING JUNIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT*a) Able to assist in handling general property conveyancing matters especially subsale and developer transactions; b) Familiar with KL and Selangor Land Offices and the procedure thereof; c) Able to liaise with clients, bankers and agent; d) To maintain and update file status regularly; and e) Experience in divorce and probate matter will be a bonus. Qualifications and Requirements: - Fresh graduate or 1- 3 years experience in conveyancing matter; - Able to work independently and meticulous; and - Possess own transport.
