Brand ManagerKSA, RiyadhJob DescriptionBeing a global organization, we have 2 master brands in our medical devices / aesthetics portfolio - Restylane & Sculptra. Both brands are a key strategic priority not just globally but also for KSA, and fit with our purpose to become the World's #1 Dermatological company.The brand manager would be responsible to promote and activate these master brands, inline with the overall marketing strategy (HCP, Consumer & trade). Integrating the plans with our medical representatives who promote the plans with the HCPs, identifying and activating partnership opportunities, and executing the plans 100% on-time and in full.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrive the development and monitoring of annual business plans and programs that will maximize HCP professional endorsement, and adoption while aligning to the objectives of the broader business.Activate brand company resources, policies and activities that relate to the HCPs, injectors, aesthetic surgeons, consumer, to drive professional recommendations & promotion of our brands.Foster strong productive relationships with professional organizations and key opinion leaders in the field of medical devices (aesthetics).Lead the implementation of professional programs including product advertising, detailing, sampling, CME and promotional activities; and evaluate their effectiveness.Identify opportunities on digital to promote the brands within the medical & regulatory guidelines for KSA.Integrate, adapt & execute global plans and priorities for the brands for KSA.Identify and recommend New Business Opportunities and innovative approaches.Manage marketing budgets & forecast targets with Marketing manager, teams.Throughout all activities; the BM must ensure 100% compliance with Galderma code of ethics & SOPs.Strong collaboration & coordinate with KSA & Dubai based teams in planning & execution.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing or Science. MBA is an asset.Minimum of 5 years Marketing experience from pharmaceutical industry in GCC (and/or FMCG for Cx roles). With strong digital experience.KSA marketing experience preferred. Also sales experience in relevant industry.Proven experience in working closely with execution teams in the field.Strong understanding of the medical & regulatory environment is required.Understanding of the ME Healthcare system is a requirement.English (Written & Spoken), Arabic preferred.
