Join our team and contribute to life-changing scientific advancements.Job Responsibilities:Research and analyze the current Dead on Arrival (DOA) systems at distributors for Phenom productsIdentify key challenges and issues associated with the existing DOA systemsAnalyze the impact of these challenges on customer satisfaction and business operationsPropose specific improvements to the DOA systems that address the identified challengesJustify the proposed improvements by explaining how they will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Evaluate the potential risks and limitations of implementing the proposed improvementsDevelop an implementation plan outlining the necessary steps, resources, and timeline for implementing the proposed improvementsProvide recommendations for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the enhanced DOA systemsImplement chosen solutionJob Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.If you are a proactive and motivated individual who is eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
