Alchemy Global Talent is hiring for a leading provider of travel solutions, offering personalized travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create customized travel plans for our clients. Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.Plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.Create personalized itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets.Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other documentation.Stay up-to-date with travel trends, promotions, and industry regulations.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues or concerns.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and deals. Qualifications:Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of travel booking systems and industry regulations.Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.Ability to create personalized travel packages based on client needs.Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office.Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations and travel trends.
