Job Description

TA Telecom is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join the team in the marketing and digital marketing field. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving growth across our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the marketing and digital marketing landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and innovation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product) to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or digital marketing.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
